A pin position on the front will tend to yield more birdies as the slopes short and long of the pin allow the ball to feed towards the hole. When the pin is cut on the top tier, be aware of the bank behind the green as shots long of the green will leave a difficult chip shot that runs away from you with not a lot of green to work with.
